Job Description
- Performing and following up on site execution
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
- Monitoring compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Performing overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and reporting regularly on project status
- Assigning Responsibilities across site
- Cooperating and communicating effectively with projects manager
- Reviewing engineering deliverables and initiating appropriate corrective actions
- Preparation of As-built drawings.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
- Updating projects' schedules
- Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications.
- Coordinating and monitoring the work of construction subcontractors.
- Issuing final actual quantity surveying ports to prepare invoices & variation orders.
- Coordinate and direct site staff to execute project activates.
- Guide and monitor site staff and prepare periodic performance reports for all site staff members.
- Prepare daily progress reports, and other reports that will required.
- Ensure that the subcontractors apply construction quality standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Reputable Governmental University.
- 4-6 years' experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in the Oil & Gas field is a plus.
- Ability to work individually in various complex projects.
- Ability to lead and think out of the box.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English
