Job Description

  • Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities via calls and emails.
  • Collaborate with the team to build strong client relationships and complete sales.
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on price quotations.
  • Coordinate client visits and provide technical support.
  • Manage client accounts, including needs assessment, quotations, and sales.
  • Introduce new clients based on sales targets and monitor market changes.
  • Develop sales volume of current clients and increase strategic client base.
  • Follow up on order processing and ensure timely execution with the CRM.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on quotations and sales activities.
  • Establish relationships with potential clients and research new opportunities.
  • Communicate with department managers and internal teams to support sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales forecasts and attend industry events.
  • Study market competitors and suggest service improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering (Civil/MEC-MEP).
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical sales engineering is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Proficiency in software and the Oracle ERP system.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  •  Strong problem-solving and client relationship-building skills.
