Job Description
- Perform calls to reach US clients in Fluent English
- Prospect for potential new US clients
- Identify potential Leads, decision-makers and opportunities
- Research Clients and Opportunities
- Send Emails and Build Client Relationships
- Set up meetings
- Innovate new approaches and pitches.
- Advise team on client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Handle objections & persuade clients of value from Services performed
- Understand the business and be able to send references and samples for our work
- Record calls and follow-up with clients
Job Requirements
Candidates with the following will be preferred:
- English Proficiency is a must.
- Offshore Accounts / Telesales is preferable
- Previous Teleperformance experience is preferable
- Ability to work on a US workweek and time (2 to 11)
- 2 Days off Saturday and Sunday
- Living in Sheikh Zayed / in October is preferable
