Job Description
- Allocates the hospital targets in coordination with the supervisor based on the geographic/ customer list affinity for each. Reviews them regularly and on a quarterly basis to take corrective actions when needed.
- Sets, and implements marketing plans for his/her section– tracks, pushes, and motivates the team, reports & evaluates the progress together with the supervisors, and adjusts the plan when needed.
- Monitors the revenue on a daily basis.
- Shares & participates in setting an annual target.
- Plans manage and controls expenses to maximize return on investment.
- Achieves sales targets through a team of supervisors and marketing specialists.
- Builds strong relationships with key decision-makers in related hospital departments.
- Conducts monthly/ weekly meetings with the entire team.
- Visits all hospital premises on regular basis to provide guidance and support to the local teams.
- Creates and ensures the proper utilization of all marketing resources such as brochures, flyers….etc.
- Reviews monthly achievement status with section members.
- Interviews hire and develop candidates with a proven track record of Achievement and success to build a highly productive team. Ensures a low turnover rate in his/her line by consistently rewarding good performers.
Job Requirements
- Must to be medical Education background ( Pharmacy if preferred ).
- Experience in Sales ( Hospitals - Pharmaceutical / Cairo Area ) industries.
- Experience More Than 5 Years.
- Experience in managerial level, not less than 2 years.
- Management / Leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
