Job Description
- Attends all assigned calls promptly and courteously based on pre-set Call Center SLA’s and KPIs.
- You sell your company services by calling potential customers and you will make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Handles customer complaint professionally and responds with efficient solutions and escalates where necessary
- Book offers for clients and book meetings for clients to clarify the company's services.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Work on daily / weekly goals to achieve the required.
- Part-time from 5 pm to 10:30 pm
Job Requirements
- Female and male
- Proven experience from 1 to 3 years Call Center
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- GRADUATES only
