Job Description

  • Analyzing Customer needs
  • Preparing the Gap Analysis Report
  • Preparing the Feature Mapping Report
  • Implementing the selected ERP modules at the client's site.
  • Train the client's staff on modules, including preparing the user manuals
  • Works with the WYZ Solutions Developers to ensure that all the requirements of the customers are met either through using the ERP modules as is or through customization.
  • Continuous follow-up with the client on the project status
  • Check the level of satisfaction of the client during the implementation process and provide feedback to top management.
  • Reports any and all problems which might affect total customer operation performance to top management and the development team.
  • Test the ERP with the development team before deployment to the client

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of business processes Operations, Maintenance, HR, Accounting, Supply Chain, etc...
  • Excellent planning and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quality and good analytical thinking.
  • Planning and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in ERP Implementation (preferably Odoo)
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting/Business Administration/Business Information Systems or Computer Science/Engineering
  • Proficient in the use of spreadsheets, word documents, and the creation of presentations
