Job Description
- Analyzing Customer needs
- Preparing the Gap Analysis Report
- Preparing the Feature Mapping Report
- Implementing the selected ERP modules at the client's site.
- Train the client's staff on modules, including preparing the user manuals
- Works with the WYZ Solutions Developers to ensure that all the requirements of the customers are met either through using the ERP modules as is or through customization.
- Continuous follow-up with the client on the project status
- Check the level of satisfaction of the client during the implementation process and provide feedback to top management.
- Reports any and all problems which might affect total customer operation performance to top management and the development team.
- Test the ERP with the development team before deployment to the client
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of business processes Operations, Maintenance, HR, Accounting, Supply Chain, etc...
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Ability to learn quality and good analytical thinking.
- Planning and time management skills.
- Previous experience in ERP Implementation (preferably Odoo)
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting/Business Administration/Business Information Systems or Computer Science/Engineering
- Proficient in the use of spreadsheets, word documents, and the creation of presentations
