Job Description
- Administrate and perform ERP systems administration duties and supports core functions
- Administrate and perform legacy systems administration duties and supports
- Monitor, control and analyze all servers and systems in order to maintain system availability, performance and utilization.
- Monitor and resolve the ERP integration issues in the different environments
- Manage the customized Fixes installations and promotions between the different environments in the different ERP Applications
- Manage and participate in installation of patches / upgrades to system environments and applications
- Maintain technical maintenance calendar of events for ERP applications/environments, operating system, and database versions
- Troubleshoot issues and communicates effectively with ERP support if needed
- Provide the guidance and the required support to ERP technical operators
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from computer science or faculty of science or equivalent
- 1-3 Years of experience in ERP systems Administration and Implementation
- Experience with Infor will be a plus
- Experience in working with MOM or Stream serve and Outbound Document
- Experience in working with ION Integration
- Hands on Microsoft Windows Server OS and virtual servers
- System Administration experience including definition of security roles
- Programming concepts, such as functions and input/output parameters, loops, and execution flow control
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
