Job Description
The PMV Testing and Commissioning Foreman checks and inspects overall PMV vehicle and equipment to ensures smooth running of operations at all times. Leads in performing commissioning processes and procedures, with superior attention to detail and strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities 1
Leads the Pre inspection, test & advise if machine condition is satisfaction and ready to use.
Conducts inspection on new vehicles, equipment’s to ensure machine are of high branded in good working condition.
Ensures equipment working condition by operational test carried by qualified operator.
Supervise and ensure all testing activities adhere to the Site Risk Assessment and Daily Work Plans.
Ensures to inspects the machines and vehicles prior of opening the Job Card and defines all repair work to be carried on the workshop.
Creates and carry out test procedures.
Investigates problems and diagnoses repairing faults.
Job Responsibilities 2
Conducts troubleshooting and ensures compliance to safety and quality standard operation procedures at all times.
Ensures that all necessary equipment and tools are accounted for, in good working order, are calibrated, and staged at the job site in a timely manner.
Supervises commissioning field activities.
Ensures safe execution of all commissioning activities through the application of the work permit procedure.
Prepare and conduct a Daily Safety meeting/Toolbox Meeting with all on-site personnel involved with commissioning activities.
Inspects completion of the motor vehicle after repair and confirms that work is matching with initial inspection.

Job Knowledge & Skills
• Knowledge of applicable safety requirements.Knowledge of construction maintenance, repair, and operation of light and heavy equipment, including vehicles.Knowledge of motor vehicle operations, traffic rules and regulations and maintenance of motor vehicles.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standard for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
