Job Description
- Meet with the new department’s manager in order to know the procedures of the new department or improve the current system of the existing departments.
- Create a new management system of the new department in order to be approved and signed by the QA manager.
- Review and modify the management system of the new department with the department manager and make sure it complies with the company’s strategies and ISO standards.
- Lead the staff members, analyze their training needs and provide them with the needed support and development plans to improve their performance.
- Check the activation of the new management system to ensure the compliance with the standards.
- Collect the KPIs reports of all department in order to make sure that the department is on the right track.
- Participate in the audit process and identify the NCRs (Non Conformity Report).
- Create an Audit report with all the results of each department in order to be reviewed by the QA manager.
- Follow up on the ongoing issues and make sure that they are resolved within the time schedule agreed upon.
- Orient the newly hired employees regarding the QA policies and procedures.
- Answer the internal and external inquiries regarding the policies and procedures of the company.
- Comply with the company management system according to ISO standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering or Any other relevant major
- Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015
- Aware of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
