Job Description
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company.
- Resolving client issues and complaints.
- Developing a complete understanding of the account needs.
- Anticipating accounts changes and improvements, Managing communications between clients and internal teams Strategic planning to improve client results.
- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance Work to maximize profit/Revenue by up-selling or cross-selling Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship
- Manage Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients Planning and presenting reports on account progress, Providing product training for new and existing clients according to their needs.
- Work with different strategies and solutions to get the former and inactive customers back ( Require Sales Skills)
