Job Description
- Welcome and Assist visitors.
- Receiving daily internal and external correspondence.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Manage communication through Emails and phone calls.
- Follow up on Maintenance of all office equipment.
- Maintain office supplies, honoring gifts, and anticipating needed items and placing orders.
- Assist in handling any administrative inquires and tasks.
- Assists in preparing events related to the Executive President office.
- Maintain a database for the contacts of the Executive President office.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- English and Arabic Proficiency spoken and written.
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office proficiency.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
