Job Description

  • Welcome and Assist visitors.
  • Receiving daily internal and external correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Manage communication through Emails and phone calls.
  • Follow up on Maintenance of all office equipment.
  • Maintain office supplies, honoring gifts, and anticipating needed items and placing orders.
  • Assist in handling any administrative inquires and tasks.
  • Assists in preparing events related to the Executive President office.
  • Maintain a database for the contacts of the Executive President office.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • English and Arabic Proficiency spoken and written. 
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
