Job Description
- Make Daily Phone Calls with clients to promote different company's Product
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers using different sources ( SMS's , WhatsApp , emails .... etc. )
- Maintain records of all sales leads and / or customer accounts .
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support , information , and guidance ; researching and recommending new opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company .
- Establish , develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns .
- Analyze marketing trends for properties and prices .
- Cooperate with sales team to share experience and maintain continuous development
Job Requirements
- Males Only
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the same position Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Commercial or Medical Buildings
- Very Good knowledge of the real estate market and units classifications
- Good knowledge of the sales process and installments
- Very good communication skills
