Ability to Travel Abroad meeting Clients and stakeholders, Finalizing deals and paperwork.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Focusing on Managing relationship with Clients ensuring satisfaction and addressing client needs.
• Could Easily Incorporate tasks related to logistics or Shipping if the role involves coordinating client orders, Tracking shipments, OR resolving delivery issues
• Communicate, coordinate, and verify sales orders between sales and operations teams.
• Checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product number.
• Reviewing orders and processing order changes, returns and cancellations.
• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build A Strong Relationship with Our Factory & Labors and full staff 
• Conducting research on potential clients and competitors.
• Managing the sales database and ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all sales-related activities are handled efficiently.
• Handling sales logistics and shipment coordination.
• Determining the most efficient methods of shipping.
