Silkhaus is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Portfolio Associate to join our Account Management team, dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with our landlords. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring landlord satisfaction by delivering exceptional support, optimizing property performance, and addressing concerns with professionalism and care. As a Portfolio Associate, you will act as a liaison between Silkhaus and our landlords, ensuring a smooth experience through proactive communication and effective management of property-related issues


Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of landlords, maintaining positive relationships and high satisfaction levels.
• Oversee property performance metrics and provide regular insights and updates to landlords, identifying opportunities for improvements and revenue optimization.
• Address and resolve landlord concerns, coordinating with internal teams to manage property issues, maintenance needs, and other property-related challenges.
• Assist with onboarding new properties, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with Silkhaus standards.
• Manage contract renewals, rental agreements, and compliance requirements to ensure portfolio continuity and compliance with industry standards.
• Gather and analyze landlord feedback to continuously enhance Silkhaus’s offerings and landlord experience.
