The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  • Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components
  • Conduct ongoing market research
  • Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or an MBA.
  • You should be aware that most of the work is outdoors.
  • Excellent knowledge of Business development tools and techniques.
  • Work stand-alone, with a logical approach to delivering objectives.
  • Females are preferred
  • Fluent in English.
  • Aware of the process of developing a business model, creating a business plan, and supervising the implementation with proper corrective actions “when needed”
  • Experience in contracting is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
