Job Description

Brief Job Description:

Develop and execute creative graphic design solutions across a broad range of marketing print and digital channels to reinforce brand positioning. Direct the production and layout of artwork and plate making, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments to ensure project/client specifications are met.

Study design briefs and determine requirements following the Brand Guideline.

  • Work with internal business partners to ensure that a creative theme is included throughout all presale proposals.
  • Produce Visual Concepts, drawings on personal engagement with design theory and practice across disciplines (Graphic Design/Packaging/Media Channels/Web Site)
  • Create Concept and Design for New Brands.
  • Develop illustrations and other designs using software.
  • Design visuals for all offline marketing materials like (Posters, Roll-ups, and billboards banners).
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  • Responsible for all advertising material from design creation until production and printing. 
  • Responsible for artwork products including printing material (inner leaflet/external box/individual box/brochures/flyers).
  • Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion
  • Test graphics across various media.
  • Amend designs after feedback.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Flexibility and openness to handle a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and short deadlines.
  • Organized and able to multi-task, work across several different projects at a time as well as work autonomously Self-motivated and driven.
  • Design social media pages that are visually effective and easy to access.
  • Think of new creative concepts that are aligned with the latest market trends.
  • Design graphics, banners, and other web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Help to bring new ideas for design to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.
  • Supervise and lead the intern\Junior graphic designing team
  • Deliver and Follow up on assigned tasks to match business dynamic. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Design, Fine Arts, Business or related field.
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of proven graphic designing experience.
  • A strong Behance portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
  • Expert with design software and technologies & fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Aftereffect, Free Hand)
  • Work as a collaborative team member, always available to assist Marketing Manager, team members, Junior designer, etc.
  • Passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths.
  • Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
  • Very strong organizational skills with a focus on follow through.
  • Ability to multi-task and react with flexibility.
  • Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
