Job Description

  • Communication and identification of interviews and coordination with each department and unit, as well as coordination with the management of the company.
  • Coordinate and arrange the dates and places of meetings between the department heads and the director of the department.
  • Dealing with departments (HR - IT - Account Management - Procurement Management)
  • Receive and arrange all employee papers (assignments, vacations ... etc) on the computer.
  • Assist in solving any problem faced by the employee quickly to complete the work whether related to furniture or computer or office tools or dealing with personnel affairs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Hard worker
  • Males Only.
