Job Description

  • Is responsible for cooperation with the key clients. KAM manages  chain pharmacies and big accounts, builds strong relationships with the client, identifies challenges or opportunities, and finds ways to assist with these challenges.
  • Identify business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Follow up with the customer service to meet the delivery date, as per our service level agreement.
  • Follow up with the customers to ensure the service delivery and quality, to ensure the customer satisfaction level.
  • Identifying new sales leads and market trends.
  • Find and open new opportunities of turnkey healthcare projects.
  • Interact with operations team to make sure of service quality
  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new services to the market.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.

Job Requirements

  • Solid and extensive (min. 2 years) of Sales / Marketing experience in commercial experience in sales (account management and/or solution sales) with responsibility for managing complex deals with customers.
  • Experience in cosmetic field is a must.
  • Fluency in English and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and leadership ability.
