Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

 

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Manage the recruitment and staffing process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage employee data and records, including payroll, benefits, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, harassment and discrimination complaints, and employee grievances.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion statistics, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and changes.
  • Develop and manage HR budgets and forecasts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR policies, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
