Job Description
- Planning and allocating resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules.
- Formulating professional development and educational plans for junior staff members.
- Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures.
- Recommend corrective action and suggest improvement.
- Assisting in putting the plans for the monthly projects for the CRM campaigns.
- Training the newly hired section heads in the department.
- Evaluating the hired doctors in the department during the probation period.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Medicine.
- Master Degree is Preferred
- Experience: 3-5 Years of Managerial Experience.
- 5 years Previous experience in Clinical Practice
