Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Lead Product Manager are responsible for the processing of new products within a company.
  • Manage/mentor one or more product managers. Manages product life-cycle from concept to
    phasing out of the product(s). Collaboration with the entire Product Management team to create new revenue streams.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage/mentor one or more product managers.
  • End to end management of the product life-cycle from concept to distributions / delivery of the product(s).
  • Understanding strategic goals, market, and customer needs, to create and define business cases and product strategies that articulate product propositions, and customer and business value.
  • Building a body of insight on product performance, to enable evidence-based decisions on the future shape of the portfolio.
  • Development and ownership of product road maps and backlogs that align with business goals, and prioritising building what matters most to achieve business goals.
  • Communicating product road maps to the business and customers, to build buy-in
  • Preparation, presentation and implementation of businesses cases and business plans for new markets, new product features and new product ideas.
  • Set product requirements in line with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Develop market requirements, business cases, product requirements and business plan documentation. Works with the business to ensure quality product delivery.
  • Preparing return-on-investment analyses for that product; establishing time schedules with manufacturer for delivery
  • Responsible of the whole process of “Glass Patterns” from ordering to delivery, with frequent input on selection as well.
  • Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
  • Suggests product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
  • Completes operational requirements by following up on work results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by achieving the set goals / targets.
  • Obeying the work orders of the superiors and implementing them with complete accuracy, and following the instructions and orders issued by the management at any time, and Their relations must be good and based on understanding and affection.
  • Not to divulge industrial or commercial work secrets and, in general, any matter related to the firm’s work, its internal and external affairs, and its work system. It is also prohibited for the worker to compete with the employer in the same activity.
  • Follow safety and occupational health and prevention measures as per they are announced by the state, company and management.
