Job Description

  • Develop and deploy quarterly and annual sales objectives, strategies, target plans, programs, policies, and performance metrics
  • Support the sales forecasting process, reporting, and execution to ensure the sales organization has the processes and information needed to meet its monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Develop the annual sales budget and achieve the sales objectives within the allocated resources. 
  • Communicate and attend meetings with key accounts regularly to improve and develop business relationships, serve as an escalation point for key accounts.
  • Oversee the documentation of sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials.
  • Support sales administration process including proposals, quotes, contracts, pricing, and compliance in partnership with the product marketing, legal, and finance teams
  • Analyze the competition - strategies, partners, performance with reports from the system and personal research
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales and CS pipeline, funnel and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the business
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders globally to support international business.
  • Promote the full company product portfolio and increasing cross-selling opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, revenue operation, or business operations in SaaS company 
  • Sales or revenue operations functions start up experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to extract key businesses insights through data analysis
  • Proven track records of exceeding sales targets
  • History of working high level decision makers, effective communicating strategic solutions and calculated ROI business cases
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • High interpersonal and persuasive skills
  • Technologically savvy and a team player with an entrepreneurial bend of mind 
  • Experience in Health Care is a plus
