Job Description
1. Reply all inquiries on social media channels.
2.Tranlsate FAQs and support in website.
3.Create contents on posts.
4. Support in organizing, promoting internal events.
5.Photograph events and create event orders.
6.Social media moderator should respond to all given social media accounts professionally and on time while making sure to adhere to that brand and audience strategies.
7.Creating a great customer experience and loyalty.
8.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of graphics programs, photoshop, and Illustrator premiere.
- Mass communication Graduates are preferred.
- Good knowledge of using professional cameras (Pictures and videos)
- Multitasking – Handle multiple conversations from different channels at once
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Proficient communication, analytic/decision making, and human relation skills.
