Job Description
Administrative Support:-
- Act as the CEO's first point of contact with all inside & outside parties.
- Welcome guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
- Respond to all inquiries, correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Well Maintain CEO’s appointments agenda by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
- Attend meetings with CEO & record (Take) minutes of meetings.
- Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals.
- Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.
- Conduct research on behalf of the CEO.
- May be responsible for organizing CEO’s personal commitments.
Representing the CEO:-
- Follow up with the manager/ departments’ heads on important tasks and deadlines requested by CEO.
- Attend meetings in CEO’s absence; and may speak in favor of him.
Reporting & Documentation:-
- Collect & analyze data to prepare required reports, presentations, etc.
- Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports as requested.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive filing system.
- Comply with data protection legislation, manage company files (both electronic and hard copy) including archiving or disposal of documents when appropriate.
Job Requirements
- BS of Business Administration/ or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience as executive or admin assistant.
- Excellent user of MS office applications.
- Fluent English Speaker.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- High problem solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Follow up & planning skills.
