Job Description
- Ensuring that all hires are within the assigned budgets and approved through the appropriately delegated signatories.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as posters, and flyers, when required.
- Conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
- Conducting CBI interviews and performing reference checks when required.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Performing exit interviews.
- Following up on the newly hired performance with the head of departments during the probation period.
- Acting as a focal point of contact for all paid & non-paid recruitment sources.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder from a well-known discipline.
- HR Certificate or Diploma will be a great added value.
- Previous exp 1 Yr: 3 Yrs.
- Excellent user of MS programs.
- Food & Beverage or Retail hiring experience is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal, communication, and networking skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Time management skills.
- Have a winning attitude.
