Job Description

  • Ensuring that all hires are within the assigned budgets and approved through the appropriately delegated signatories. 
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as posters, and flyers, when required. 
  • Conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates 
  • Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive) 
  • Conducting CBI interviews and performing reference checks when required. 
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire 
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.   
  • Performing exit interviews.  
  • Following up on the newly hired performance with the head of departments during the probation period. 
  • Acting as a focal point of contact for all paid & non-paid recruitment sources. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder from a well-known discipline.
  • HR Certificate or Diploma will be a great added value.
  • Previous exp 1 Yr: 3 Yrs. 
  • Excellent user of MS programs.
  • Food & Beverage or Retail hiring experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal, communication, and networking skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Time management skills.
  • Have a winning attitude.
