Job Description
- Sourcing potential Phases of candidates through online and offline channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.).
- Sourcing Potential Phases of candidates through his own sourcing activities (Location visits, outdoor sourcing activities).
- Create and implement training plans.
- Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Dealing with recruitment agencies and outsources.
Job Requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience in the recruitment field (White and Blue collars).
- very good command of English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
