About Us:
We are an innovative influencer marketing platform connecting businesses with content creators. As we grow, we are looking for a versatile and highly organized Executive Operations Coordinator to assist the CEO and support the tech team, while also managing customer support responsibilities.
Job Overview:
This dynamic role will require you to wear multiple hats. You will serve as a point of contact for both customer support inquiries and internal team coordination. Additionally, you will assist the CEO with day-to-day tasks, such as managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting hiring efforts. Your role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between departments and providing excellent customer service to platform users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the tech team while maintaining communication with the customer.
• Monitor user feedback and provide insights to improve platform experience.
• Executive Assistance:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Tech Team Coordination:
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and the tech team, ensuring project updates and timelines are communicated effectively.
• Assist with tracking milestones and deliverables for ongoing tech projects.
• Coordinate team meetings and follow up on action items.
• Hiring and Onboarding:
• Assist with the recruitment process, from posting job descriptions to screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a customer support or executive assistant role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and customer support platforms is a plus (e.g., Asana, Zendesk).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working with remote teams is preferred.
