Job Description
Duties & responsibilities:
- Ensure that all stores/units are fully operational by the established opening date.
- Responsible for arranging and attending all sites activities meetings and report detailed site meetings as required
- Manage all phases of projects, including project set-up, team and project coordination, design, and construction administration.
- Ensure that the stores are delivered with world class retail design standards adhering to the set design criteria relative to the Brand Guidelines.
- Oversees Facilities Maintenance and engineering projects, manage assigned site portfolio on on-call basis as required.
- To ensure budget compliance during the design specification process thru effective procurement.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors – including, but are not limited to, design architects, engineers, renderers, furniture vendors.
- Interact with Mall Management in order to coordinate works and costs during the store / unit fit-out process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree qualification in Interior or Architectural design with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Experience in managing Retail project management of buildings and facilities ideally in regional shopping malls / retail development Retail Delivery/Design Background with Project Management experience would be an advantage for this role.
- Good command of the English language both written and spoken. Arabic speaker would be an advantage but not a requirement.
- Good command of AutoCAD, Revit, 3D studio, InDesign, Microsoft Office and/or other similar Project Management packages would be required.
