Job Description
- Guide customers through selection and purchase process
- Carrying out a technical explanation process for each piece that customers like
- Present the brand image while providing outstanding customer service
- Achieving personal sales target, and showrooms target as well
- Managing clients’ needs regarding special requests in coordination with all relevant parties
- Applying the cross selling & up-selling methods
- Acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service.
- Performing daily physical check
- Applying the visual merchandising guidelines
- Supporting other Retail Sales Associates
- Adhering to company’s policies and procedures (Attendance/grooming/discipline)
Job Requirements
- Male Graduate with Bachelor's Degree
- Maximum age is 35 years
- Minimum 3 years of experience in jewelry retail
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Basic command of English Language
Note: Working 6 days (Sunday off)
