Job Description
We're looking for Indoor Sales Lead to join us and be one of the founding team for a new product line in MQR.
Role Summary
A sales opener, lead generator and an after sales representative, responsible for generating leads by
contacting new customers, presenting our services, scheduling appointments and follow up.
Responsibilities:
- Create & collect a database of customers per segment
- Contact customers via phone calls and e-mails to promote our products and services
- Set-up appointments and scheduled visits for sales representatives
- Follow-up on ongoing sales and ensure after sales satisfaction
- Deal with customer complaints and returns
- Collect insights and recognize prospects needs
- Cascade revenues and issue a monthly sales report
Job Requirements
What you need for this role:
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent user on MS Office
- Tele sales experience or customer service (1 - 2 Years)
- Can handle difficult customers and conversations
- Data Analysis and presentation skills
