Job Description

We're looking for Indoor Sales Lead to join us and be one of the founding team for a new product line in MQR.

Role Summary

A sales opener, lead generator and an after sales representative, responsible for generating leads by
contacting new customers, presenting our services, scheduling appointments and follow up.


Responsibilities:

  • Create & collect a database of customers per segment
  • Contact customers via phone calls and e-mails to promote our products and services
  • Set-up appointments and scheduled visits for sales representatives
  • Follow-up on ongoing sales and ensure after sales satisfaction
  • Deal with customer complaints and returns
  • Collect insights and recognize prospects needs
  • Cascade revenues and issue a monthly sales report

Job Requirements

What you need for this role:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent user on MS Office
  • Tele sales experience or customer service (1 - 2 Years)
  • Can handle difficult customers and conversations
  • Data Analysis and presentation skills
