Key Responsibilities:

• Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes to sculptures and toys, following specific color schemes and design patterns.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, which may include sanding, sealing, and priming, to ensure paint adheres properly and the surface is smooth.
• Mix paints to create the desired colors and finishes, matching specified color palettes accurately.
• Apply protective coatings to finished items to preserve the paintwork and ensure durability.
• Work closely with the design and sculpting teams to understand the artistic vision and requirements for each piece.
• Conduct quality control checks on completed items to ensure the painting meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage of paints, brushes, and other materials.
• Stay updated with the latest techniques and materials in painting and finishing, incorporating best practices into your work.
