- Track KPIs of online channels and report performance.
- Create, measure, and optimize campaign funnels to increase conversions.
- Continuously researching audience persona to enhance targeting and keywords analysis strategies.
- Keeping an eye on competitors’ campaigns to ensure our campaign maintains its ranking
- Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
- Create and optimize landing pages that will convert at high levels
- Create daily reports with a full analysis of campaign statuses
- Work closely with the marketing team and share inputs on the content.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Report on key performance indicators, calculate cost per result
- Project monthly spending.
- Able to generating organic leads from different platforms.
Job Requirements
The Requirements:
We are hiring a Media Buyer with a minimum of 2 years of experience for real estate company.
- Experience in real estate at least 1 year.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Good understanding of lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time-management skills
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.

- Experience in Social Media Ads and Google Ads(Real estate).
