Job Description
- Collaborating with the project team to ensure successful project completion.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Preparing reports as required.
- Maintaining cost control on-site activities.
- Any assigned tasks from the project manager.
Job Requirements
experience 2- 4 years.
-Experience in implementing construction works, preferably in malls and hotel apartments.
-He has experience dealing with subcontractors.
-He has experience with Microsoft AutoCAD
-He has experience in reviewing executive videos and preparing receipt reports
- Defended communication with buyers and resolved issues related to reports required for business calls.
-Can coordinate with electromechanical contractors during implementation
