Job Description
- Design, implement and maintain Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) infrastructure systems
- Mobile device administration
- Manage large-scale device deployments
- Create/configure customized policies.
- Develop and execute activity, performance, and compliance reports
- Resolve escalations from the End-User support team and manage vendor support cases, as well as, take ownership of product issues
- Train end users and support teams on device technology
- Consult with business unit systems groups on their mobile strategy and contributing to creating solutions for their mobile needs
- Hybrid authentication (user authentication to be done on-premise through Azure AD Connect, no synchronization between on-prim AD and Azure AD)
- Hosting of in-house developed applications, SAP applications and Exchange
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience with Microsoft Server operating systems &
- Experience in technical support role supporting MDM
- Experience with design and implementation of Enterprise Mobile Device Management infrastructure
- Experience performing cloud-based MDM HA installations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange email Sentry setup & management with MDM
- Experience working with security teams to plan and implement security/device management policies
- Expertise with troubleshooting MDM related issues
- Strong understanding of mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android and Windows primarily)
- Best practices for supporting a large-scale enterprise mobile device program with 10k plus devices
- Ability to quickly interpret MDM vendor updates for applicability to existing environment including urgent upgrades and patches
