Job Description
- Monitor and supervise export activities and provide guidance and direction on an on-going basis.
- Participates in developing periodic export sales and operations plans.
- Ensures that customer satisfaction is met and that all customer complaints are handled promptly and appropriately.
- Controls costs of the team and ensures compliance with the established budget.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Evaluates and qualifies export markets and opportunities through market analysis.
- Searches about the targeted countries legal, economic and political changes that may affect the export operations.
- Communicate with the marketing, supply chain and finance functions to enable an efficient export process.
- Follows up on logistical operations, to ensure a timely and efficient delivery of the shipments to the designated countries.
- Prepare market survey to study and figure out the new opportunities.
- Prepares monthly process reports covering export activities to be reviewed with top management.
