Job Description
- Will be responsible, as part of Level 2 and Level 3 Operation team, for change, incident and performance management of Big Data used in a critical-to-Orange business environment in accordance with established measurements and documented Service Level Agreements.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in Big Data domain in managing Production support.
- Ability to possess logical and systematic approach to problem resolution across a broad spectrum of technologies in applications support environment.
- Good inter-personal skills, able to deal with all levels within an organization and relieve potential conflicts.
- Able to work accurately and clearly explain technical matters to non-technical users in both written and verbal forms.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks.
- Strong ability to work with International Customers
- Proficient understanding of distributed computing principles
- Management of Hadoop cluster, with all included services
- Ability to solve any ongoing issues with operating the cluster
- Proficiency with Hadoop v2 and Hadoop-ecosystem including MapReduce, HDFS, Spark, Knox, Yarn, Kafka, Nifi and ETL tools
- Experience with Linux Operating System, Storage and backup advanced.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, such as ElasticSearch, Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis, Neo4j, Couchbase
- Excellent Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, GIT, Kibana ..
- Experience with Cloud specifically with vCloud Director, Openstack
- Experience with implementing ELK cluster with Kibana and developing Use cases on ElasticSearch for reporting/monitoring purpose.
- Experience with administrating ECE (Elastic Cloud Enterprise) and ELK dashboards.
- Experience with Cloud computing technology AWS & Azure.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and customer facing skills.
- Excellent understanding of IT & networking fundamentals.
- Good understanding of ITIL service support processes.
- Very good understanding of project management.
- Very good technical reports writing skills.
- One relevant certification from ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Green Belt, ITI Diploma.
- Fluent English speaking.
- Fluent French speaking is a plus.
