Job Description

Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy & Wellness hub, currently running 15 active locations in New York and around the state, strive to reinvigorate Physical Therapy adapting the latest technology in treatment and healthcare industry giving the best quality of care assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help them get back to their normal life faster.

We are looking to hire a Brand Manager for our new B2B line of business. Brand Manager will be responsible for building and monitoring marketing campaigns. They formulate the campaign strategy in alignment with the customer requirements and company goals. As well as having solid understanding of what makes our target audience tick. Will develop and oversee marketing campaigns that position our brand according to those motivators. These marketing campaigns will not only drive customer engagement but will further define our brand's reputation and image in relation to the market. 

Brand Manager is expected to offer innovative strategies and ideas to help us stand out, as well as, excelling in implementing them. Stay on top of industry trends in marketing and consumer psychology. They should be able to demonstrate their interest in the latest industry news and information and ensuring that all branding decisions ultimately result in stronger sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consumer and market research.
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights and identify how our brand is positioned in the market.
  • Design a research-based brand & marketing strategy.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and third-parties to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Developing custom marketing and advertising strategies, creating designs/layouts of online and offline initiatives.
  • Deliver impactful content marketing campaigns.
  • Writing pitches and blog posts to various audiences or allocate quality resources.
  • Writing, managing, designing email campaigns, and designing customer journey and marketing automation.
  • Maintain company website content and manage creating creative original content.
  • Identify target audience groups and analyze SEM campaign reports and all media buying activities.
  • Communicate our brand personality internally and externally and align company around foundational ideas.
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
  • Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns.
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Devise innovative growth strategies.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • 8 to 13 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to upper management.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM and advertising KPIs.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Excellent use of CRM systems, and marketing tools and automation.
  • Ability to work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm in Maadi from office.
