Job Description

  • Execute demonstrations and presentations in response to market opportunities and internal requirements. 
  • Present the product or service favorably in a structured professional way face-to-face or as required.  
  • Responsible for regular customer visits for training and ongoing support. 
  • Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually. 
  • Research the market for being up to date with the latest Ed trends/Projects. 
  • Assess and monitor training effectiveness and after sales support. 
  • Provide coaching and professional development to other team members in order to enhance their product knowledge, and their technical sales skills. 
  • Build and develop the teacher community across the region. 
  • Gather and maintain the teachers’ data and hold the data on standards for each client. 
  • Report all training activities to the EdTech Manager 
  • Assist and support customers in all matters related to our products’ software. 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills in both English and Arabic is crucial for the role  
  • Excellent Presentation skills. 
  • Can manage time and meet deadlines. 
  • Relates well to a diverse range of people and working styles 
  • Up to 3 years of Experience
