Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
Make Visit to factories and companies in order to demonstrate company products and collect customer requirements
Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
Producing technical proposals to the required level of detail as identified in the tender/RFQ • Responding to customer inquiries & requests promptly, professionally and effectively
Help clients solve problems with installed equipment
Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
Assist in creating quotations and proposals for clients

The Requirements for this position include:

BSc in Engineering or equivalent job experience will be considered.
From one to three years of industry-related experiences, such as product, sales, project or combination of experience and training in one or more areas
Knowledge/Experience about the specifics of different industries (Injection, Extrusion, Textile, food and beverage, pharmaceutical,..).
Established customer contacts and relationships in the relevant Industries.
Knowledge about the concepts of Industrial 4.0, IoT, Security and MES systems.
Knowledge of industrial electrical products and applications.
Knowledge of Control and Automation products to include, PLC's, HMI's and general Controllers.
Skilled in selling products & services, negotiating sales, pricing, and terms.
Ability to effectively communicate information and present ideas and solutions to the customer.
Ability to work in a team, empowering other organizational functions and supporting other team members.
Perfect Arabic and English language skills
