Job Description
- Assist with the day-to day, monthly and year-end operations of the Accounting/ Finance Department including budget review and analysis.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Maintains best fixed asset system, which includes preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of
general ledger to fixed assets system, and preparation of depreciation schedules for budgeting
purposes. - Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Manage the processing of cash receipts, recording of revenue and receivable to ensure that revenues and receivables are reconciled with data at any given time
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- Proven work experience as a “General Accountant”.
- In-depth understanding of (GAAP)
- Minimum two years of experience in chartered accountant auditing firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, database and ERP System.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
