Job Description
- Setup and configure surveillance cameras (outdoor and indoor)
- Configuring attendance machines and its' reporting system service.
- Managing network infrastructure HW and SW
- Managing network infrastructure and WIFI connectivity and security.
- Networking (Design of networks Infrastructure, Switching, Routing, Security and Wireless).
- Managing Domain controller and Active director.
- Supporting more than 25 branches for HW, SW, DB and Networking (Cabling and WIFI).
- Troubleshooting 3G problems USB modems and routers.
- Bar-code labels design and print
- Configuring and managing ADSL Routers.
- Hardware, Software and Networking maintenance.
- Network infrastructure cabling.
- Follow up opened tickets for problems with ISP's.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
- Males Only
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Preferred certified CCNA - Linux - Firewall's at least experience and awareness
- Advanced knowledge in Network Troubleshooting & Microsoft office..
- English Language: Very good writing, Speaking and reading.
