Job Description
- Achieve quarterly volume and revenue targets.
- Achieve quarterly individual sales performance targets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers.
- Create and execute quarterly engagement plan (existing customers).
- Identify new business from the existing accounts.
- Create and execute quarterly sales plan (new customers).
- Acquire and onboard new customers.
- Obtain forecasts and proactively plan with customers and concerned internal parties.
- Liaise with CX counterpart to effectively manage the customer.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in B2B sales and account management (shipping and logistics is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferably Logistics)
