Job Description

  • Maintain and update sales and clients records
  • Develop weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Provide secretarial assistance to Head of Sales, producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department.
  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. 
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Familiar with some human resource matters.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ Yrs. experience as a Sales Administrator in commercial sales offices is a must.
  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and all Administrative tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Females only
  • 6th of October and nearby locations residents
