Job Description
- Maintain and update sales and clients records
- Develop weekly/monthly sales reports
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Provide secretarial assistance to Head of Sales, producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department.
- At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Familiar with some human resource matters.
Qualifications
- 3+ Yrs. experience as a Sales Administrator in commercial sales offices is a must.
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and all Administrative tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Females only
- 6th of October and nearby locations residents
