Job Description
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in timley manner.
- Follow communication “Scripts" when handling different topics.
- Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comperhensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a call center setting or the automotive industry
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center
- communication Skills, and customer service
- Knowledge and understanding of call center processes and procedures
- Familiar with CRM systems
- Ability to multitasks.
