Job Description

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in timley manner.
  • Follow communication “Scripts" when handling different topics.
  • Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comperhensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets  

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a call center setting or the automotive industry
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center
  • communication Skills, and customer service 
  • Knowledge and understanding of call center processes and procedures 
  • Familiar with CRM systems
  • Ability to multitasks.
