Job Description
- Greet patients
- Register new patients and assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
- Verify and update patient information into the data system
- Inform patients of dental office procedures and policy
- Move patients through appointments as scheduled
- Answer, manage incoming calls and respond to request for information
- Schedule patient appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls according to office protocol
- Fill in cancellations and no-shows
- Dispatch lab work appropriately
- Inform patients of financial treatment plan options
- Collect and receipt payments from patients at the time of treatment
- Prepare and mail billing statements
- Maintain a professional reception area
- Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
- General administration tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, printing and sorting/filing/sending form
Public relationship tasks
- Direct communication with VIP's
- Organizing meetings and managing databases
- Organizing company events or conferences
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Delegating tasks to other team members & follow-up
Job Requirements
- Should be a graduate
- Preferably females
- age 23-30
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- High School diploma; additional certification is a plus
- Problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- The ability to multitask, priorities and manage time
- Must be highly motivated
- The ability to perform under pressure
- Residency in Rehab or New Cairo is a must
