Job Description

Brief Job Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Handles customer accounts and follows through all inquiries.
  • Provides accurate, valid information to customers’ inquiries using the right methods/tools.
  • Handles customers complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensures issue is resolved.
  • Follows up with supply team to secure timely order fulfilment.
  • Coordinates with freight forwarders shipments from worldwide shipping platforms.
  • Handles Invoices and prepares all required export documentations.
  • Electronic submitter and collection of certificates from the chamber of commerce.
  • Direct submitter of original export documents to the bank as required.
  • Other duties will be assigned and communicated.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain /Logistics or Business (preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer support/Exports
  • Main areas of expertise: Export documentations - LC documentations - Warehouse and Logistics / Customer Service/Shipment coordination.

General Requirements:

  • Fluent English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs
  • SAP user is a must 
  • Gender: Male
  • Age: 26 - 30 (maximum)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
  • Ability to build rapport easily with customers from different backgrounds
  • Great Organizational skills and ability to multi task
  • A Team player.
