Job Description
- Administer all import and export of goods and supervise the delivery of all goods and manage the distribution of all goods to various geographical locations efficiently.
- Oversee handling of all goods and ensure safety in all transportation and design cost-effective methods for the same and analyze best means of transport for all products as per customer requirement.
- Recommending the best freight forwarder based on historical performance, negotiating prices and conditions to optimize benefit and reduce cost.
- Following up the loading process and guarantee the smoothness and effectiveness of the Process according to company standard.
- Arranges shipping documents, such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing Shipping, and routing of product.
- Coordinating with the Clearing Agents and prepare supporting documents required for customs clearance.
- Search for new suppliers and contact them till get their price list with good discount.
- Responsible for all customer complaints and expected to be able to negotiate claims.
- Analyze and review invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered.
- Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, International Trade, or related field preferred.
- At least five years of experience in import/export operation required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Thorough knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
