Job Description
We are looking for a junior WordPress developer to join our team in Cairo.
with experience in IT help desk
Your tasks as a WordPress developer (80% of your week)
- Build & development WordPress websites
- Website and plugins maintenance (updates, upgrades), bugs fixing, and security configuration and intervention
- Dealing With (Host & Domain) bugs
- SEO technical configuration
Your tasks as IT help desk (20% of your week)
- Install, configure, maintain & monitor all end-user hardware (PCs, printers, mobile devices, etc.)
- Install, configure, maintain & monitor all end-user software applications (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
- configure, maintain & monitor all systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
- Dealing With Fingerprint machines and support
- Dealing with surveillance cameras and support
- Escalate IT issues for resolution when needed and in accordance

- Years of Experience: 1 to 3 Years
- Good communication skills
