We are a local affiliate of an accounting firm operating from our Alexandria office. We provide accounting, bookkeeping, financial control, financial analysis, financial modeling, and business consulting services to various business clients. We cover multiple industries including retail, real estate, media, IT, construction, F&B, and others.
We are looking for a Senior HR & development Specialist to assist us in acquiring talent, retain & train our current team, and implement business policies at our Alexandria office. This role will be instrumental in conveying the vision of the company and to help develop the business foundation as the company expands. It includes the following:
- Acquiring and retaining talent
- Team development and training
- Implement corporate business culture
- Expand our team and assist in starting new branches for the company.
- Administrative duties to facilitate and help in our internal operation
- Possible involvement in customer service with our business clients
- Help building an internal HR system for our company and our clients
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English both in speaking and in writing is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR
- 7+ years of hands-on experience
- Detail oriented and organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Able to meet deadlines
- Work in team setting
- Proficient in Word and Excel is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
